You Can Make A Difference!

Donate: Your tax-deductible gift to the Open Doors Foundation helps change the lives of our program participants in the city of Dallas to become the leaders of tomorrow today!

Participate: We need volunteers, minimum age of eighteen, who are interested in providing encouragement and guidance to the great kids in one of our programs such as Academies of Excellence!

1. Give your time as a volunteer at the following leadership activities:

a.) Monthly Leadership Activities - Site at Villa Creek Apartments in West Dallas.
b.) Monthly Leadership Activities - Site at Villas of Sorrento Apartments in South Dallas.

2. Serve as a mentor to a boy or girl that has amazing leadership potential! Visit with the child two to four times a month, at the school, to offer support and share your experience. The school-based mentoring program requires a commitment of at least one year, and is a terrific way to build a lasting relationship with one of these wonderful kids.
